Izzy leads the technical vision at Nex-a, from high-level architecture through to the fine-grain details of how a workflow feels for the person pressing the button.
She has designed and deployed automation-led systems that connect platforms, often bringing AI agents into the loop to handle complex reasoning and repetitive tasks.
Izzy also experiments heavily with multi-agent AI, self-learning automations, and safe LLM orchestration, then translates those explorations into stable, practical client systems.
Sean Cobbett
Director & Commercial Manager
Sean leads the commercial, financial, and client relationship side of Nex-a. He ensures every project is commercially sound, clearly scoped, and aligned with the client’s operational and growth goals
He acts as the strategic commercial anchor of Nex-a, making sure clients feel supported, informed, and understood at every stage of the relationship.
Clement Mabila
Software Engineer
Clemant is a backend and infrastructure engineer with deep experience in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and production-scale APIs.
Clemant’s work ensures Nex-a projects are not just clever on the surface, but robust, scalable, and ready for real-world load.
Chad Ndalamba
Software Engineer
Chadrack specialises in workflow automation, integrations, and full-stack delivery.
His background in both web and mobile development, plus DevOps and SEO, means he can see the whole journey from “idea on a call” to “live in front of customers.”
